Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Three-year Bachelor's Degree from any recognised university. Regular 10th and 12th/Intermediate are compulsory, as open schooling (APOS/NIOS) is not acceptable. Grades:
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. For candidates belonging to reserved Classes, a relaxation of 5% (i.e. 45%) is given. Work Experience:
There is no Work Experience required for admission into Andhra University Online programs.
Examination Pattern
Andhra University Online is following a transparent and well-structured examination process for the Online MBA program in HRM, which includes internal assessments, assignments, and final exams at the end of each semester. Students are given the exam timetable at least seven days before the examination, and exam results are released 30 days after completion. Internal Assessment (30%)
The internal evaluation carries 30% of the weightage. Each subject will have two assignments submitted through the LMS. The assignments will consist of MCQs to track continuous learning. The assignments must be submitted before the semester-end examination. External Assessment (70%)
The Semester-End Examination will account for 70% of the grade, comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Students will be required to attend the examination on the dates specified in the exam schedule.
